Brief
To re-position this hugely popular and established regional organisation for music tuition, formerly known as the Berkshire Young Musicians Trust. The new positioning would act as a corner-stone on which to develop the marketing strategy to realise their commercial objectives.
Solution
We led the company’s management team and stakeholders in an analysis of past performance and examination of the raison d’être of its existence. This provided rich material to answer our core questions which include ‘Who they target their services at’ and ‘Why should they care?’.
Crafted from the client's answers was a compelling Positioning Statement, which was followed through to the development of the Company’s corporate identity, including both the verbal and visual elements.
