Brief
Established in the 1920s, Gorringes, a leading fine art and antiques auction house briefed Prism Creative to build and manage a monthly e-shot to be sent out to over 7000 new and existing clients.
Solution
Working closely with Gorringe’s marketing team, we implemented an e-marketing campaign that would enable the Company to efficiently promote pre and post auction information to their client database. The process included copywriting, design, HTML template creation, list management, testing, email despatch, data collection and metrics.
The Client had previously been using letters/static electronic documents to distribute the information to their clients; a one-way communication process that provided them with no/little consumer data. However, the e-communication now provides the Client with detailed reporting on client behaviour and preferences all of which can be used for future personalised campaigns –
