Berkshire Maestros engaged Prism Creative to devise and implement a marketing strategy for effective engagement with its multiple audiences and stakeholders.
Solution
To halt the steady decline in the organisation’s pupil numbers, encourage retention of existing pupils and sustainable ongoing recruitment, we undertook a radical redevelopment of the organisation's marketing plans.
This included rebranding, reviewing existing collateral and designing/building a new website, putting it at the heart of its operational communications, both internally and externally.
Highly targeted and measurable digital channels - especially email marketing - supported by wide-ranging print collateral, were fully exploited to address the organisation's multiple audiences and stakeholders - at both strategic and tactical levels.
