Brief
Temple Group, a multi disciplinary environmental and planning agency, contract Prism Creative, on a retainer basis, to create and implement their marketing strategy as well as manage their marketing department.
Solution
By working closely with Temple Group’s management team, understanding their business / financial objectives, and analysing their key market sectors, target audience, existing and future work areas we were able to produce an effective strategic action plan.
The strategy is implemeented, updated and reported upon within monthly client management meetings, reinforcing our beliefs of being involved, passionate and proactive with, and for, our clients' businesses.
We also provides Temple with a range of our Group other services including management support, training and accountancy.
